The quality here was a bit better than that of the other service, but this can easily be understood since the chances of getting the same writer are very small. Still, the essay we got here was not of as high quality as the company suggests, and we did need some revisions.
We called the customer service and pointed out the exact things that needed changing. After they gave the paper to the writer for a revision, he delayed this revision for four days. This was two days after the deadline, so we asked for a refund.

As we said, we did speak to the customer support service. The agent was very pleasant to speak to at the beginning, and immediately approved our request for a revision. When we waited for the actual revision, we got in touch with the agents once again. The agent had no information on the progress of the paper, and could not give us an estimate as to when the paper will be finished.
When we contacted them the third time regarding the refund, the agent simply left the conversation.
